WildAid: Red for Luck

I was asked to design, direct and animate this 40 second film about how the Ivory Trade is killing Elephants. The project was commisioned by Grey London, as part of their Red for Luck not Blood campaign, which draws a link between the sale of Ivory in China and Vietnam and the rapidly declining Elephant population in Africa.

As a charity project, I had to come up with a look that we could produce quickly. In the end, a combination of 3D animation (in Cinema 4D and Realflow,) auto-rotoscoping (in Studio Artist v4.0) and hand animation (Photoshop) did the trick.
